On September 11, 2008 the full ingredient labeling of cosmetic products went into full effects according to the Cosmetic Products Act and its enforcement regulations under No. 81 Ordinance of Ministry of Health and Welfare. Thus using the theory of planned behavior, this study set out to investigate the influences of perceptions of the full ingredient labeling of cosmetic products on the attitudes toward and purchase intentions of environment-friendly cosmetic products among adolescents and adult consumers including college students. It also aimed at helping consumers realize the danger of such cosmetic products as contain chemicals, helping to establish measures to promote the right to know and health of consumers of cosmetic products, and providing cosmetics companies with opportunities to develop, market, and launch customized environment-friendly cosmetic products in today's market where the well-being industry is in the limelight.

본 논문은 2008,09,11 개정된 ⌜화장품법 시행규칙⌟ (보건복지부령 제81호)으로 화장품 전 성분 표시제를 본격적으로 시행함에 따라 계획행동이론을 바탕으로 화장품 전 성분 표시에 대한 인식이 청소년과 성인의 친환경 화장품 구매행동에 대한 태도와 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 연구되었으며 본 조사에서 설문 응답 대상자의 선정은 접근 및 조사가 용이한 부산, 경남, 경북, 제주지역 거주 대상으로 2009년 10월말부터 2010년 2월초까지 총 456명으로 불성실 응답을 제외한 443개의 데이터를 실제 분석에 사용하여 화장품 전 성분 표시 인식이 계획행동이론의 주요 변인인 태도와 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위 통제의 세 가지 변인에 있어서 전체 친환경 화장품 구매의도에서 차지하는 설명력의 경우 청소년, 성인 집단이 각각 45%, 69%로 나타났다. 또한, 두 집단 모두 계획행동이론 주요 3개의 변인과 추가된 3개 변인 사이의 설명력의 차이가 2~3%를 보임으로서 지각된 행위통제와 주관적 규범을 변형시키는 방법(청소년 집단), 주관적 규범과 지각된 행위통제를 변형시키는 방법(성인 집단)으로 친환경 화장품 구매의도를 조절해 낼 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 계획행동이론 변인이 친환경 화장품 구매의도를 예측하는 설명력은 성인의 경우 청소년에 비해 25% 높게 형성되었다. 이는 계획행동이론은 청소년 집단에 비해 성인 집단이 친환경 화장품 구매의도가 높다는 것을 의미하는 것이다.
