There have never been without crimes since the beginning. Even though we live with them, the matter is we don' t know how to deal them practically. So we have no choice but to separate and escape from the crimes. But there is limit, too.
And an obscure afraidness about the criminal isn ' t helpful to solve the problems. However, 1 have experienced when the criminal were provided with true lovely hearts and practical needs, they met people eamestly and took their lives seriously.
It' s time to give them true chances which they have never received instead of unconditional denouncing.
As we see many harmful effects through crimes, the criminal have had an enormous impact on the society and generated tremendous social costs.
Now, ordinary people should have the knowledge how to deal the crimes.
So the field of crime should be accepted as the part of life to the person who has failed in the society and lived with difficulties.
So as to help them, we should support improving people to adjust the society as a member rather than denounce them without telling why.

태초 이래로 범죄가 없었던 적은 없다. 우리는 늘 범죄와 함께 살아가고 있지만 막상 범죄에 대하여 어떻게 해야 할지 모르고 있는 것이 문제라 하겠다. 그래서 범죄로부터의 분리와 도피를 부득이하게 선택하게 되지만 이것 역시 한계가 있는 것이다. 그리고 범죄인에 대한 막연한 두려움은 문제 해결에 전혀 도움이 되지 않는다. 그러나 범죄인들도 진정한 사랑의 마음과 실질적인 필요를 제공할 때 진지하게 사람을 대하며 인생을 살펴보는 것을 보게 되었다. 무조건적인 범죄의 매도에 충실할 것이 아니고 아직 한 번도 부여받지 못했을 수 있는 진정한 기회를 이제는 주어야 할 것이다.
범죄로 인한 여러 가지 폐해가 나타나고 있고 수적으로 몇 안되는 범죄인이 사회에 미치는 영향력과 사회적 비용은 실로 막대하다. 이제는 일반인들에도 범죄를 다룰 수 있는 노하우를 지녀야 한다. 그래서 범죄의 영역이 사회에서 실패하고 힘들게 살아온 이들의 영역으로써 인식되는 생활의 일부가 되어야 한다. 그래서 범죄인이라고 덮어 놓고 비난하는 것이 아니라 개선 가능한 사람을 도와주어 그들이 사회에 일원이 되도록 해야 할 것이다.
