Database is an important subject, but students majoring in business do not prefer it, due to its technologically oriented contents, thus there is a real problem in raising professional talent. This paper describes the experience of database education to non-IT major students and IT major students in accordance with the Technology Acceptance Model and Bloom’s taxonomy revised by Anderson and Krathwohl, which is a two-dimensional classification, with a knowledge dimension for problem solving area and a cognitive process dimension for problem solving process. This study supports the technology acceptance model empirically, and shows that the perceived ease of use for information technology and the perceived usefulness for information technology lead applications usage of information technology in higher education area. The significance of this study is that it provides a rationale and teaching method for establishing various teaching and learning strategies according to the situation in the classroom.

경상계열에서 데이터베이스 과목의 중요성에 비해 학생들의 선호도가 높지 않아 전문 인재 양성에 문제점이 되고 있어, 물류 연계 전공과 e-비즈니스를 전공하는 학생을 대상으로 정보기술수용 모델과 Bloom의 인지적 영역을 문제 영역과 문제 해결 과정에 관한 2차원 지식으로 구분한 Anderson and Krathwohl의 분류표를 활용한 데이터베이스 교육 경험을 본 연구에서 소개하였다. 정보기술 수용 모델의 기본 개념인 정보기술에 대한 태도가 사용하려는 의도와 실제 정보기술의 활용으로 유도됨에 따라, 교육 여건을 고려한 다양한 학습 지도 전략을 수립하면서 정보기술수용 모델을 적용할 수 있는 이론적 근거와 기법을 제시하였다.
