This study aims to know Hare’s moral reasoning theory, and based on it to propose the method of moral education to improve the power of moral thinking.
Hare deems that it is possible to make a moral judgment, and it is universal and prescriptive. He seems to support the moral principal that should make the same decision about similar every situation from the suitable aspect if he makes a moral judgement on a certain situation.
Moral reasoning making that moral judgment is performed by critical thinking, and Hare’s moral reasoning theory takes the form of golden rule demonstration. Hare’s theory is theoretically based to improve the power of moral thinking in moral education. The education for improving moral judgement-making skills should make students increase the ability to think and choose moral behaviors in everyday life, instead of teaching formal thinking. Moreover, one should also cultivate ability to respect and understand how others feel.

이 논문의 목적은 해어의 도덕추리론을 알고 이를 바탕으로 도덕적 사고력을 신장시키기 위한 도덕과 교육의 방안을 제시하는 데 있다.
해어는 도덕판단은 가능하며, 보편적이고 규정적이라고 본다. 그래서 그는 도덕적 판단은 도덕 원리에 대한 지지로, 유사한 모든 상황에서 자신을 포함한 모든 사람에게 적용되는 원리를 결단하는 것으로 본다. 이러한 도덕적 판단을 내리는 도덕적 추론은 비판적 사고를 통해서 이루어지며, 해어의 도덕추리론은 황금률 형식을 취한다.
도덕과 교육은 도덕적 사고능력 발전을 주요 목표로 하고 있다. 해어의 도덕추리론은 도덕적 사고능력 발전을 위한 이론적 바탕을 제시하여, 도덕적 사고의 형식과 원리를 알려준다.
