Aloe vera gel is known to be effective for soothing and moisturizing the skin. However, it is hard to penetrate through the skin because it is mainly composed of high molecular weight polysaccharide. To overcome the limitation of active ingredient delivery through the skin and reliably improve the efficiency of in progress researches, nanoliposome was used as an active ingredient encapsulating material. Lecithin was used to make double layer phospholipid which is similar to cell membrane.
This method was optimized. Aloe liposome made by Microfluidizer was measured to determine the particle size. Various parameters to measure the stability were optimized.
