This report recognizes the danger of restoring 'one body' image in the context of emphasizing unity and totality. The report bases on the premise that in order to achieve the real meaning of communication, one must not set pursuit of identity as a premise. Real communication is not restoring through identity but acknowledging the fact that different things are different and asserting that we must keep in mind their mutual relationship.
This report discusses the awareness of this issue through Yang-ming Studies’ one body image. It concentrates on the one body image produced by the theory of all things in one. The report will also observe how this is a different dimension from the traditional Confucian philosophy’s one body image. After that, the report will explore where this one body image of Yang-ming Studies meets or separates from the effort for modern feminism’s communication.
To effectively interpret this kind of discussion, this report focuses on Liang-Chih as the subject of sympathizing with others’ pain, Liang-Chih as in practice carrying the meaning of strong practice and knowledge not staying as a perceptive dimension, metaphoric method of Yang-ming Studies’ body starting from Liang-Chih, and so on. And through this Yang-ming Studies’ characteristics, the report will grope for the point where Yang-ming Studies’s one body image can meet with the modern feminism.

본 논문은 ‘한 몸 이미지’가 통일성, 전체성을 강조하는 맥락으로 환원될 위험성을 가지고 있음을 인식하는 데에서 출발한다. 따라서 진정한 의미의 소통을 이루고자 한다면 동일성의 추구하지 않아야 함을 전제로 한다. 논문에서 진정한 소통이란 차이나는 것을 차이나는 대로 두면서 그것을 인정하고 그들 간의 상호관계를 염두에 두어야 한다는 의미를 지닌다.
본 논문은 이 같은 문제의식을 양명학의 ‘한 몸 이미지’를 통해 논의한다. 전통 유가 철학의 한 몸 이미지와 양명학의 그것이 다른 차원은 무엇인지, 그것은 어디에서 기인하는지, 이러한 양명학의 한 몸 이미지는 현대 여성주의의 소통의 의미와 어떤 맥락에서 만나거나 결별하는 것인지 등을 탐구한다.
이러한 논의를 효과적으로 풀어가기 위해 본 논문은 양지를 타자의 아픔에 공감하는 느낌의 주체로서의 양지, 앎이 인식의 차원에서 머무는 것이 아니라 강한 실천의 의미를 동반하는 것으로서의 양지라는 두 측면에서 접근한다. 또한 양명학의 몸 은유 방식에 주목하여 여성 주체성에 관하여 논의한다. 이와 같은 양명학적 특성을 통해 양명학의 한 몸 이미지가 현대 여성주의와 만날 수 있는 지점은 어디인가를 모색한다.
