Type of Fab-less financial education clusters is a useful and sustainable alternative to overcome limits of the current financial education at school. A teacher in charge of financial education at school made a specific plan and conducted a financial education in cooperation with external financial educational institutes based on a systemic outsourcing. The results are as follows: First, Student will be cultivated rational decision-making during fab-less financial education. Second, In fab-less financial education, Elementary school teacher is emphasized role of ?urriculum Professional? Third, In use materials and instructors consisted of clusters, must be preceded some understanding in elementary and students. Finally, For education affected rapidly change financial environment, A teacher of financial education for periodical and systematic re-education will strengthen efficiency of financial education through co-teaching invited outer human-resource.

팹리스(Fab-less)형태의 금융교육 클러스터는 현재 학교 금융교육 여건의 한계를 극복하고 지속적으로 교육을 시킬 수 있는 대안의 방법으로 설계되었다. 학교 금융교육을 담당하는 교사는 교육과정 전문가로서 금융교육 계획을 구체적으로 세우고, 외부 금융교육 관련 기관들과 체계적인 아웃소싱(outsourcing) 연계의 금융교육을 통해 학생들의 금융이해력을 증진시키는 것이 팹리스 형태의 금융교육 클러스터 운영방식이다. 본 연구를 통한 학교 금융교육에서 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들에게 있어 팹리스 형태의 금융교육은 지속적인 연계교육을 통해 금융이해력 및 합리적 의사결정능력을 배양시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 팹리스 형태는 금융교육에서 초등교사는 금융관련 교육과정에 대한 전반적인 이해와 더불어 ‘교육과정 전문가’로서의 역할을 강조한다는 점이다. 셋째, 클러스터(clusters)로 구성된 강사나 물적 자원의 활용 측면에서 외부 참여자들은 학교 현장이나 학생들에 대한 이해가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 빠르게 변화하는 금융환경을 교육에 적절히 반영할 수 있도록 금융교육 담당 교사의 주기적이고 체계적인 재교육과 관련하여 외부 인적자원을 초빙한 전문가와의 협동수업을 통해 교사의 금융교육 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 가능성이다.
