The purpose of the study was to investigate the structural relationships among burnout, organizational commitment(affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment) and subjective well-being(cognitive well-being, affective well-being). The teachers of the study were 237. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS 7.0 was employed to examine the relationships. The major findings of the study were as follows; First, burnout had direct effects on affective commitment, cognitive well-being, affective well-being. Second, affective commitment had direct effects on cognitive well-being and affective well-being. Third, affective commitment had an indirect effect on subjective well-being(cognitive well-being, affective well-being). The findings of the study suggested that teachers' burnout was decreased, teachers would commit their affective commitment to the organization and finally, teachers' subjective well-being(cognitive well-being, affective well-being) would be achieved.

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 심리적 소진, 조직몰입(정서적 몰입, 규범적 몰입, 지속적 몰입), 주관적 안녕감(인지적 안녕감, 정서적 안녕감) 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보고, 교사의 심리적 소진이 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에 조직몰입이 매개효과를 갖는지를 검증하는 것이다. 분석대상은 수도권과 충북지역에 위치한 고등학교 교사들이었으며, 자료는 AMOS 7.0을 통해 분석되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 교사의 심리적 소진은 조직몰입의 하위요인 중 정서적 몰입에만 영향을 미쳤고, 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인인 인지적 안녕감과 정서적 안녕감 모두에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 조직몰입 중 정서적 몰입은 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인인 인지적 안녕감과 정서적 안녕감 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 심리적 소진이 주관적 안녕감(인지적 안녕감, 정서적 안녕감)에 영향을 미치는 과정에 조직몰입 중 정서적 몰입은 매개변인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
