The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect and the relationship of education program on franchise beauty shops, which have introduced the program in the domestic beauty industry, on the job satisfaction, trust and organizational commitment. This study showed that as a whole, the method, content, kind and object of education program have a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment, and the method and object of education program have a significant positive effect on the organizational trust. The job satisfaction and trust had also a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment, which may be the basis that can grow as more completed human while forming stable human relations of organization with the development of beauty shops by maintaining fair and reasonable education systems according to beauty franchise education to help people, who participate in the education, increase their ability with fruitfulness and show it through job.

본 연구는 국내 미용 산업에서 교육프로그램을 도입한 프랜차이즈 미용실을 대상으로 교육프로그램이 직무만족이 신뢰와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 상관관계를 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 전체적으로 볼 때 교육프로그램의 방법, 내용, 종류, 대상은 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육프로그램의 방법, 대상은 조직신뢰에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족과 신뢰는 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 미용프랜차이즈 교육에 따른 공정하고 합리적인 교육체계가 관리됨으로써 교육에 참가한 사람들에게 보람을 가지고 자신의 능력을 키우고 그것을 직무를 통해 발휘함으로써 미용실도 발전하고 조직의 안정된 인간관계를 형성하며 보다 완성된 인간으로서 발전할 바탕을 만들 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
