The manin purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation model of SMCs' IT effects based on BSC and to understand the causal relationships among the four perspectives of BSC. Based on reviewing the previous studies, it suggested the four perspectives (1. IT learning and growth of IT infrastructure, 2. improvement of inner business process, 3. improvement of customer relationship and partnership, and 4. financial performance) and sub-evaluation indices of BSC to evaluate the effects of SMCs' IT using. And it suggested the causal relationships among the four perspectives and 6 hypotheses to find the relationships.. The results show that IT learning and growth of IT infrastructure has statistically significant relationship with improvement of inner business process and financial performance, and improvement of inner business process also has statistically significant relationship with improvement of customer relationship and partnership and financial performance.

본 연구의 주요목적은 중소기업의 정보시스템 도입 후 성과분석을 위한 BSC 기반의 평가모형을 제시하고, BSC 기반의 네 가지 관점을 변수로 하여 변수 간 인과관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 선행연구의 검토를 통하여, 본 연구에서는 IT학습 및 IT인프라성장, 내부프로세스 개선 성과, 고객 및 협력업체와의 관계성과, 재무성과라는 네 가지 관점을 제시하고, 그에 따른 세부 평가 지표를 각각 개발하여 중소기업의 정보시스템 활용성과를 측정하고자 하였다. 또한 선행연구를 기반으로 하여 네 가지 변수 간의 인과관계를 규명할 수 있는 6개의 가설을 설정하고 이를 증명하고자 하였다. 그 결과 IT학습 및 IT인프라성장은 내부프로세스 개선 성과와 재무성과에 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 내부프로세스 성과는 고객 및 협력업체와의 관계성과와 재무성과에 긍정적으로 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
