This thesis is about the conditions of the Northeast China and the life conditions of the Korean farmers who lived in this region when East Asia was in disorder in the late 1920's. At that time, Fengtien clique of warlords and Japanese imperialism both oppressed Korean people because of the stakes of themselves. With the trend of the times the Communist Party of Korea was founded in Korea in 1925. They showed sympathy for those Korean farmers through public opinions and newspapers and as an overseas branch the Manchuria administration of Communist Party of Korea was founded in 1926. This organization leaded the communist movement of the Northeast China at that time and in order to overcome the Korean's difficult situations they developed some movements of Autonomy. Although under the recognition of Chinese government they developed ‘legal’ movements of Autonomy, as they couldn't get rid of the ‘the korea extend’，they couldn't clearly put forward that they should fight against imperialism and feudalism and finally they couldn't improve the difficult situations of Koreans who lived in manchuria, either.

본 논문에서는 1920년대 후반, 동아시아의 혼란 속에서 중국 동북지역의 상황을 살펴보고, 이러한 와중에 그 지역에 정착하여 생활하고 있는 한인농민들의 처지를 살펴보았다. 그 당시 봉계군벌과 일제는 자신들의 이해관계로 한결같이 한인들을 탄압하고 구축하였다. 때에 맞춰 당시 조선에서는 1925년 조선공산당이 성립되었다. 그들은 언론 및 신문을 통해 동북지역 한인들의 처지를 이해하고 그 이듬해인 1926년에 조선공산당 해외지부로 동북지역에 조선공산당 만주총국을 설립하였다. 이 조직은 그 당시 동북지역 공산주의운동을 주도하면서 한인들이 처한 위기국면을 타개하기 위해 자치운동을 전개하였다. 그들은 중국정부가 승인하는 범위에서 나름대로의 ‘합법적인’ 자치운동을 전개하였음에도 불구하고 궁극적으로 ‘조선연장론’을 버리지 못했기에 한인들에게 필요한 반제반봉건을 제출하지 못했고 결과적으로 재만한인의 처지를 개선하지 못하였다.
