Omparison of the Heavy Metal Hair is Hathered and the Slopes
초록
영어
After researching the contamination level of heavy metal in the hair samples from people who suffer from hair loss, it has been turned out that a careful attention should be paid not to be contaminated by aluminium(A1) and mercurial(Hg). The result of the research which was done for twelve men and women, who live in Seoul and Gyoung-gi area, analyzing the content of lead, manganese, copper, arsenic and zinc among the participants who suffer from hair loss and who do not have hair loss through inductive coupling plasma mess spectrometry in their hair samples as follows. The contents of the heavy metal in the hair from women who suffer from hair loss were respectively 1.5928 ppm, 1.6364 ppm, 111.602 ppm, 0.5028 ppm, 447.1204 ppm. Among those who do not have hair loss, the contamination levels of each heavy metal was 1.579
ppm, 0.614 ppm, 28.914 ppm, 0.541 ppm, 154.695 ppm, which proves that women who have hair loss have more heavy metal contamination. Among the men who suffer from hair loss, each contamination level was 1.276 ppm, 0.8088 ppm, 93.8282 ppm, 0.7634 ppm, 340.8388 ppm and each contamination level from the men who do not have hair loss was 0.617 ppm, 0.575 ppm, 28.342 ppm, 1.071 ppm, 147.719 ppm, which is again less than the men who have hair loss. It has been proved that the heavy metal contamination level in hair is higher among men and women who suffer from hair loss than among men and women who do not have hair loss.
