The purpose of this paper was researched on the suggesting points for the sake of the vitalization of a spirituality education, which The care of the self of the Greek.Roman philosophy has offered for the purpose and method of a spirituality education. Foucault tried to find the possibility to be liberated from a passive and oppressive conditions and live a unconstrained life in the skill of The care of the self and a self-practice of the Greek.Roman philosophers, and he said that philosophy was a spiritual training. A spirituality was caring oneself and the whole things such as the purification, the self-training, the changes of living that a main agent researched and practiced to approach the truth. The suggesting points that the Greek-Roman philosophy has offered for a spirituality education are as follows. First, a spirituality education is learning the care of the self, which is the self-discipline to gain a self-respect, a self-control, and the peace inside oneself. Second, the ultimate purpose of a spirituality education is a sublime happiness, the salvation. This state is the peace of a unmoving mind, a self-contentment, and 'the immanent transcendence', enjoying one's lenity and considering others. Third, the spiritual knowledge to be helpful for a self-discipline is necessary to build the equipment for a true discourse.
Fourth, the method of a spirituality education is the application of a meditation with attentive listening, writing, reading, conversation and thinking. Fifth, the self-liberation through the care of the self can be shown as the possibility of a new resistance movement. These suggesting points make the purpose and method of a holistic spirituality education plentiful.
