Today, many families have traumas which resulted from poverty and loss, domestic violence and conflict, and divorce. However, although these problems endangered many families, some of the families were healing them and growing by overcoming the challenges with christian spirituality. For example, when Job"fs, and Jacob"fs, and Elisha"es pupil"fs families conquered various serious crises, the families were able to change them into glory and blessing. I believe that families with difficulties will be able to experience family resilience on christian spirituality. While church social work rests on spirituality and resilience, I think that it need to invent, develop, and specialize family services. This study suggested how church social work christian families with crises can perform familiar functions and reinforce resilience from the religious belief and value by introducing a case of a christian family with unemployment. Also, this research indicated a framework of analysis which helped families in a crisis to cope with various kinds of difficulties by christian spirituality and strengths perspectives. This researcher believe that this paradigm help to develop church social work and family service.

오늘날 가족들은 빈곤과 상실, 폭력과 불화, 그리고 해체로 인한 상처들을 깊게 갖고 있다. 그러나 또한 수많은 가족의 위기와 도전에도 불구하고 그것에 맞서 위대 스스로를 치유하고 성장하는 가족들은 여전히 있다. 욥과 야곱, 그리고 엘리사의 제자의 과부의 가정 등에서 위기를 극복하고 감사와 축복으로 변화하고 있음을 본다. 우리는 이들 가족에서 영성에 기반한 가족 레질리언스를 경험할 수 있다. 이러한 영성과 레질리언스에 기반하여 교회사회사업은 가족에 대한 서비스를 개발하고 발전시키며 임상적 경험에 의해 전문화 시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 IMF를 탈출하고 있는 실직자 가정의 사례를 통해 기독교 가정에서 신앙적 신념과 가치에서 초월적 기능을 발휘하고 레질리언스를 강화할 수 있는 교회사회 사업적 접근을 제안하였다. 영성에 기반하여 영성의 결과를 이루는 레질리언스를 분석하는 틀을 제시함으로써 다양한 문제를 극복하고 있는 가족을 영성과 강점 관점으로 이해하려 했다는 의미가 있겠다. 이러한 패러다임은 교회사회사업과 가족서비스의 전문화에 기여할 것이다.
