This research is a basic study scrutinizing management and operational ways for corporate resorts which are increasingly on the rise, and analyzed their use and operation states.
1. It was found that corporate resorts are basically composed of multiple use facilities like a condominium as a kind of center, while supplemented by its own service training institute, temporary resting center, and others.
2. But those facilities are so intensively used in a specific season, or specific facilities are so heavily favored that a number of difficulties show up in terms of how to use and manage them.
3. On the other hand, it was shown that when workers are required to make various choices and experiences, they heavily prefer using multiple use facilities like a condominium to their company's service training institute, and they use other facilities in many cases rather than their company's facilities, which means that corporate resorts alone have limitations to some extent.
4. Therefore, in terms of how to manage and operate corporate resorts, facilities need to be expanded for various choices and experiences, and in order to do so, in can be concluded that much more qualitative management is needed, along with quantitative expansion.

본 연구는 점차 증가하고 있는 기업 휴양시설에 대한 관리운영방안을 검토하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 기업 휴양시설의 이용 및 운영실태를 분석한 것이다. 조사결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 기업 휴양시설은 기본적으로 콘도와 같은 다중이용시설이 중심이 되며, 자체 수련원과 임시 휴양소 등이 이를 보조하는 형태로 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타난다.
2. 그러나 특정 시즌 및 시설에 대한 이용 집중이 심해, 그에 따른 이용 및 관리의 어려움이 큰 것으로 나타난다.
3. 한편 근로자는 다양한 선택과 경험을 요구하는 것에 있어, 자체 수련원 보다는 콘도와 같은 다중이용시설을 선호하는 경향이 크며, 또한 기업 이외의 다른 시설을 이용하는 경우도 많아 기업이 제공하는 휴양시설만으로는 일정의 한계가 있는 것으로 나타난다.
4. 따라서 기업 휴양시설의 관리운영에 있어서는 시설의 다양한 선택과 경험을 위한 시설의 확충이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 양적인 확대뿐만 아니라 질적인 관리가 더욱 필요한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 시설의 확보에 있어서는, 회사가 어느 정도까지를 공급해 줄 것인가 하는 공급의 적정성의 문제가 있는 것으로 확인된다.
