This study empirically analyzes the effects of school educational service on students' choice and investigates the roles of parameters relevant to them to present suggestions for school. We find that (ⅰ) school educational service has no direct influence on students' choice(EVLN: Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect), (ⅱ) students' perceived satisfaction has mediating effect in casual relationship between educational service and students' choice. Namely, educational service mediated by students' satisfaction affects students' choice. Because students make subjective judgements on educational service and students satisfaction through an interaction with their teacher, schools should not only provide educational service and enhance its quality, but also ensure school environments that support teachers' passion and efforts. In other words, teachers should be provided good service first for good educational service that satisfy students.

본 연구의 목적은 학교단위 교육서비스가 학생의 선택에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하고, 이 과정에 작용하는 매개변수의 역할을 탐색하여 학교 현장에 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 주요 연구 결과는 첫째, 학교단위 교육서비스는 학생의 선택(EVLN: Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect)에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 학생 만족은 교육서비스와 학생 선택 간의 인과관계에서 매개효과를 가진다. 즉 교육서비스는 학생 만족을 매개로 하여 학생의 선택에 영향을 미친다. 이때 교육서비스와 학생 만족은 교사와의 상호작용을 통해 학생들이 주관적으로 판단하게 된다. 그러므로 학교는 교육서비스를 제공하는 것으로 그 책임을 다하는 것이 아니라 고객의 입장에서 교육서비스의 질적 향상을 도모해야하며, 교사들이 열정적으로 지도할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 교사들이 좋은 서비스를 제공 받을 때, 학생들이 만족하는 서비스 제공을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
