This is "the study on satisfaction of female in their 40∼50s with Dermatology based whitening care service" offered by skin care shop. For the purpose of carrying out a comparative analysis and then hold out the causes and effect, satisfaction from they have chosen, 199 female in Seoul Gangbuk area were selected for a questionnaire. From 2009 October 15-October 30 covering 15 days data were collected and the collected data went through data coding and cleaning process and then analyzed with SPSS. 12.0(statistical package). The summarized analysis results are as below. First, the results of frequency analysis conducted to find out the general characteristics of those surveyed showed the followings. In regard to their occupation, housewives 92(42.2%), professional 50(25.1%), office job 46(23.1%), public official11(5.5%), and in skin type, normal skin 95(47.7%), oily skin 50(25.1%), combination skin 30(15.1 %), dry skin 24(12.1%) Second, skin health state was classified along with the investigation of their uses of skin care shop for skin whitening which showed the results that the female with very good skin have been used the skin care shop longer than 4 years, and with a little bad skin used about 3 years, and when skin types were classified, they showed difference such as women with normal skin used skin care shop about 2 years, and with dry, combination skins used less than 1 year. When physical health states were classified, women with comparatively health state showed their skin care term longer. As the results show, every skin require continual care to get effect for healthy state, and skin health stat, physical health were classified, the results were that when they have healthier stat, their satisfaction level was higher.
