Local churches should share their fates with Community. They have to realize responsibility for not only the poor and the underprivileged but also envirmonment, culture, economy, politics, education. It is important to examine carefully what Churches should do to resolve Social polarization in terms of revitalization of local social welfare. Therefore this study examines the overall realities of church welfare participation focucing on 'the churches which won awards under the heading of church in the community" and the churches in Gyoung-Ju. and realizes changes in the Community and searches model and role of the churches which are required in the polarized society.
