"Gyeongju, City of History and Culture". What do we have to do for this slogan? First of all, we have to try to enhance the value of the brand of Gyeongju. Secondly, we have to develop local cultural tourist attractions. Thirdly, we need to found a special research institution that can concentrate the scattered organizations related to culture and can enhance the local residents' minds and cultures like Korea Studies Advancement Center(KSAC) in Andong. Last but not least, it is important that we have to make the circumstance that Gyeongju can be the place for training of juveniles' mind. And it must be based on the historicity and tradition of Gyeongju and the brand of Gyeongju as tourist attraction. Especially, Gyeongju is the oldest city of history and culture that has our national eternal cultural heritage. Gyeongju is the place that Wha-rang used to train their bodies and minds. Gyeongju should make Wha-rang-do Park so that juveniles can try to their hearts' content to realize their future dreams like that a few years ago, it tries to draw Taekwondo Park. It will be the foundation that we can prepare the cardinal point of juvenile educational culture and we can overcome the blind spot of modern education.
