A Study on Parent Satisfaction Level with Accredited Daycare Centers The purpose of this study was to examine parent satisfaction level with accredited daycare centers after the introduction of the accreditation system, as parents had the most crucial impact on the development of infants and preschoolers. Verification analysis of this research was verified at the level of significance of 5% and the statistics were dealt with SPSSWIN 12.0 program to be analyzed First, as for satisfaction factors, the parents investigated expressed a lot of satisfaction with a mean of 4.2003. Specifically, they were most contented with the management of daycare centers with a mean of 4.2752, followed by safety, interaction, health/ nutrition, childcare, collaboration with families and local communities, and environments. Second, the parents were highly satisfied with the daycare centers with a mean of 4.1900 on the whole. They were much pleased with the qualifications and abilities of teachers and had an intention to let their children stay in the daycare centers they currently attended and recommend them to others. They gave high marks to those factors, which were all above the total average scores. Third, there was a close positive(+) correlation between the satisfaction factors and parent satisfaction level. It indicated that the parents were more satisfied when they were more gratified with the daycare centers that their children attended. Fourth, multiple regression analysis was conducted to see which satisfaction factor affected parent satisfaction level by selecting the satisfaction factors and parent satisfaction level as independent and dependent variables respectively. And the factors that exerted the most influence on parent satisfaction level were safety), collaboration with families and local communities, daycare environments, interaction and management. Those factors made a 66.9% prediction of it.
