In recent current of globalization of Korean, Korean language and education about Korea, there have been many contentions. I want to raise a counterargument for some of them by pragmatic language education. First, to spell international phonetics in Korean can get more practicability when used combined with IPA. Secondly, it is reasonable to accept a word of foreign origin because it is not effective otherwise. Thirdly, though there are skeptical opinions about lecturing in English in Korean universities, this seems to be practical expedient for globalization of Korean education. There follows discussions about other pragmatic instruments of language education like training teachers of Korean language, writing teaching materials, establishing Korean language school and e-learning contents development.
