This study has been done in order to look at what factors performance of the ubiquitous environment, today, the enormous amount of investment made in IT (Information Technology)encourages many companies to find effective methodologies to manage the IT resources. Recently the Enterprise rears up as an effective methodology to manage the business process, data, IT and application resources. In this research, the main purposes are to find the core factors and core activities of team's activities if team's roles. Previous studies were selected the operational planning, organizational management, effective communication. Finally the performance was divided into business and IT. The results through the PLS structural analysis are follows. Operational planning, organizational management, effective communication can enhance performance. In conclusion, many companies which are planning in their system must have a perception that the role of organization is essential for successful performance.

본 연구는 유비쿼터스 환경의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보고, 오늘날 급격한 IT의 발전과 그에 대한 막대한 투자는 기업들이 IT를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법론을 마련하도록 하고 있다. 그러므로 유비쿼터스 환경하에서 운영조직의 역할 활동으로 선행연구에서 제시된 내용과 국내 전문가와 인터뷰를 통하여 운영계획 활동, 조직관리 활동, 커뮤니케이션 활동의 세 가지로 설정하였다. 마지막으로 성과는 경영측면의 성과와 IT측면의 성과로 나누어 분석하였다. 이와 같이 설정된 외생변수와 내생변수들 간의 영향관계를 구조적으로 파악하기 위해서 PLS를 이용한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 운영계획 활동, 조직관리 활동, 커뮤니케이션 활동 등은 전반적으로 경영측면과 IT측면의 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 성과향상을 위해서는 운영조직의 역할 활동들이 충실히 이루어져야 한다는 결론이 도출되었다.
