This study investigates effect that parents' ill-disposed stance gets in nursing teacher's vocational self-efficacy and teacher reaction and to supply nursing teacher's stress disposal plan and basic data to establish specific direction of teacher education program development based on this is purpose of study. Because vocational self-efficacy is influenced due to study finding noncooperation attitude parents, vocational self-efficacy is low and raised teacher response. In this study, search effect that negative attitude, of parents who treat teacher, gets in teacher's vocational self-efficacy and teacher reaction and there is purpose though nursing teacher prepares basis that can concentrate in nursing activity more comfortably with children on the spot and develops smooth interaction program of succession research reactor parents-teacher. Need to understand about negative sequence accordingly with nursing teacher's work-related stress by sequence of this study. As well as, through this, study that can present various registration point in communicate supervision dimension either actuality teacher individual's composition of stress prevention program correlation promotion with parents may have to be achieved continuously.

본 연구는 부모의 비협조적인 가치태도가 보육교사의 직무효능감과 교사반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 이를 근거로 보육교사의 스트레스 대처방안과 교사교육 프로그램 개발의 구체적 방향을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 부모의 비협조적 가치 태도로 인해 직무효능감은 영향을 받아 낮아지고 교사반응을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 교사를 대하는 부모의 부정적인 태도가 교사의 직무효능감과 교사반응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 보육교사가 현장에서 아이들과 좀 더 편안하게 보육활동에 전념 할 수 있도록 하고 후속 연구로 부모·교사의 원활한 상호작용 프로그램을 개발하는 기초를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 그에 따른 부정적인 결과에 대해 이해할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 이를 통해 실제 교사 개인의 스트레스 예방 프로그램의 구성이나 부모와의 관계증진이나 의사소통관리 차원에서 다양한 시사점을 제시할 수 있는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
