This article was reviewed Karol Wojtyla's anthropological reflection and its implication to Moral & Ethics Education. He asserts that we must be based on an sound anthropology which rests on the very dignity of the human person. He compares two types of understanding human being: the cosmological type and personalistic type. He tries to reconcile these two types of understanding human being with the latter complementing the former. He asserts that human being is irreducible, and this irreducibility is identified with the subjectivity of human being as a person. He emphasizes the importance of uniqueness as essential character of human being as well as concreteness. He clearly points out that subjectivity is a kind of synonym for the irreducible in the human being. Subjectivity characterizes the uniqueness inherent to human being as manifested through his existence and his action, or, his total experience. He asserts that action can be assigned to no other agent than a person. The person as the agent of the action is strictly connected with the concrete and unique human action. Action reveals the person. Conscience dictates that actions must be in accordance with goodness and truthfulness. For Wojtyla, the true fulfillment of the person is accomplished not by a mere performance of action but by positive moral virtuality of the action. His bioethical thought is based on his anthropological reflection. His anthropological reflection gives very significant implication to Moral & Ethics Education.
