The main objective of this study is to investigate factors of political, economic, social populational․statistical variables influencing on white-collar crime. As a result that model hypotheses were tested based on a T value(absolute value of more than 1.96) at significance level of 0.05, it was clarified that the hypotheses election, type of regime, economic growth, unemployment, the number of disputes, the current income of labour, the economic activity populition, fourteenth and twenty-fourth years, formed in this study was not significant, and the of relation was corresponded with the hypotheses. This study is very significant in that the researcher proposed an empirical model of the factors of political, economic, social, populational․statistical variables influencing on white-collar crime, which have not been greatly studied in theoretical empirical aspects till now, and in that the researcher also proposed an improvement plan through analyses of white-crime crime.

본 연구에서는 화이트칼라범죄에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 생각하는 변수를 추출하고 경험적 분석을 통해 영향변수를 분석한다. 화이트칼라범죄에 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되는 정치, 경제, 사회, 인구 통계적 요인을 이론과 선행연구를 통해 검토한다. 첫째, 0.05의유의수준에서, 회귀방정식의 유의성을 판단한다. 둘째 가설의 검증은 한다. 가설의 검정은 1) 0.05의 유의수준에서 계수의 유의수준을 판단한다. 2) 회귀계수의 부호의 방향으로 검증한다. 실증적 분석의 결과 첫째, 회귀방정식은 유의확률 F값이 0.464로 유의미하지 않다. 둘째, 가설의 검정에서, 정치적요인인 선거년도, 각 공화국, 경제적 요인인 경제성장률, 실업율, 사회적 요인인 노사분규과 근로자가구1분위경상소득 인구통계적 요인인 경제활동인구, 14-24세의 연령층도 등 모든 변수의 가설이 기각되었다.
