Since year of 2000, Pyeongtaek City has shown Regional economic growth by development of Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port, relocation of US Armed Forces in Korea, and entry of related industries in many industrial estates. Especially, Industrial Park in or nearby Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port and enhancement as an International Port improve its effectiveness and also create various synergy effect. This paper is analysis of Social and Economical effects of freezing and refrigeration's Logispark in Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port nearby LNG station. If, we develop the largest domestic freezing and refrigeration's Logispark, we can use renewable energies to pursuit Green Growth. Furthermore, it will run as core base of southern metropolitan area domestically, and it will take a role as a key base of nearby nations like China and East Asia countries.

2000년 이후 평택시는 평택당진항의 성장과 주한미군의 이전 계획 그리고 많은 산업단지 내 관련 산업의 진입 등으로 지역경제성장의 모습이 눈에 띄게 나타나고 있다. 특히 평택당진항이 무역항으로써의 기능 제고와 함께 평택당진항 내외에 입지해온 각종 산업들은 평택당진항의 효율성을 향상시키는 동시에 다양한 시너지 효과를 얻고 있다. 본 논문은 평택당진항 부근에 입지해 있는 LNG기지 인접지에 냉장·냉동 물류단 지 개발에 관한 경제적인 타당성 분석연구이다. 이 지역에 국내 최대의 냉장·냉동 물류단지 개발하게 된다면, 신 재생에너지와 태양에너지를 사용함으로써 녹색성장을 추구할 수 있다. 그리고 국내적으로는 수도권 남부의 냉장·냉동 물류단지의 중추기지의 역할을 담당하게 되고, 국외적으로는 인접국인 중국과 동아시아를 대상으로 한 거점지의 역할을 담당하게 될 것이다.
