In terms of history, Northeast Asia, which is influenced by the culture of Confucianism and Chinese character, is a conception of culture. It is made up of the cultural community of China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia and etc. Seen from the development perspective at the moment, it is becoming a conception of economy. Especially since the end of 20th century, it nearly becomes one of the most vigorous regions of the world economy and with account for 15% of world economy it, follows North America and European Union, is becoming the third economy and still growing larger. From the view point of future, it will become a cooperative community of politics, economy and culture. Against the background of peaceful development, it requires close cooperations between nations to abandon the thinking of cold war and maintain peace and stability of Northeast Asia. Among all the multilateral relations of Northeast, China-Kore are relation plays a special role of bilateral relation. Both sides need to reinforce educational exchanges and cooperations in order to establish a solid foundation of “strategic partnership”, promote the development of economic integration and provide powerful assurance for forming Northeast Asia Community and peaceful development of this region.

동북아 평화적 발전과 중·한 교육교류 및 협력 동북아지역은 역사적인 각도에서 보면 문화적인 개념이며, 유교문화와 한자문화의 영향을 받으면서 중국, 일본, 한국, 북한 및 몽골 등 각 나라로 구성된 문화공동체이다. 현재의 발전상황에서 보면 점차 경제적인 개념이 지배적으로 될 것이다. 특히 20세기 말기부터 동북아지역은 전 세계에서 경제활력이 제일 강한 지역이 되었. 2009년 현재 이 지역의 경제비율은 전 세계에서 15%를 차지하고 있고 계속 확대될 것이다. 또 미래의 발전 추세에서 보면 점차적으로 정치, 경제와 문화가 전면적으로 협력하는 공동체로 형성되고 있다. 평화적인 발전이 시대적 주제가 되는 오늘에 어떻게 냉전적 사고를 포기하고, 동북아 지역의 평화안보를 유지하기위해서는 각 나라간의 밀접한 협력이 필요하다. 이 중에서, 중한관계는 동북아 다자간 협력관계에서 특수적인 이자협력관계이다. 양국은 한 걸음 더 나아가 교육의 교류협력을 강화해야 하며 양국 간의 “전략적인 합작동반자 관계”를 추진하기 위해 견실한 기초를 다져야 한다. 이로 인해 중한 양국 간의 경제 일체화 발전을 촉진하고, 궁극적으로 동북아 공동체의 형성과 본 지역의 평화적 발전을 위해 강력적인 보증을 제공한다.
