Rural Industrial Complex(RIC) is considered as one of the most important sources of off-farm income in Korea. But RICs has many problems since it was beginning development. In 2008, RICs in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do are 58 place, and are 929 corporations in RICs. Employee is total 21,204 persons. Competitive power of RICs weak location condition, small business, lack of infrastructure, institute. The main focus of this paper is to derive policy suggestion for Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. We investigate the operation status of Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. It is necessary that RICs be promoted in light of revitalization program.
