Purpose of this study was done to review investigate living condition, actual welfare system, and to suggest developmental plans of welfare policy for disabled person. Methods of this research was literature review, the data of research bringing up Korea Institute for Health, Social Affairs and Ministry of Health & Welfare and Family.
