Nowadays, residents who pursue a high quality and diversity of the life want to new plan for their apartment. But the wet process of reinforced concrete wall-slab structure has restricted residents demands. So long life housing which can satisfy desire of residents as a new concepts has raised up. This study has analyzed time-scheduling prediction of Long Life Housing Infill-system. Objective of study comprehends change of Long Life Housing time-scheduling procedure compared with bearing wall system. Investigate finish work 1 generation to Infill-system of long life housing mock-up house, FPWS(Flat Plate Wall System), bearing wall system house and execute construction planning and scheduling prediction and long life housing mock-up house process did comparative analysis. Mock-up house effects construction period reduction, In infill system, the working period of that adjusted to FPWS has been decreased
28 days, and the working period in long life housing has been decreased 21 days than that adjusted to bearing wall system(30). The reason why is the working system was taken dry process for construction instead of wet process. Result that forecast construction period of Infill-system of bearing wall system house provision long life housing mock-up house, it is 18.75% when is 10 floor, and it is 22.22% when is 15 floor, and it is 31.25% when is 20 floor, and predicted that w hen it is 30 floor, construction period more than 35.00% can be shorten.
