The purpose of this study that is the pilot study to prevent endotoxin shock and nosocomial infection is to offer basic data on species and concentrations of airborne microbes in hospitals. Dental office care of indoor air pollution is the most important part. This survey was analyzed the experience item and occurred time of the symptoms and the time of acute and vanish of the symptoms that dental office's working environment effects on physical subjective symptom. Treatment at a different route by aerosol can cause infection. So to prevent infection in this study, CFD simulations to assess the air quality will want air supply position and partition. Using CFD to evaluate the airflow distribution and particle concentration. When a partition was arranged, when the air supply position and the air current is formed by a parallel, the aerosol diffusion is
decrease.
