Changgang Kim taek-young was called 'Four great scholar at late Chosun dynasty' and evaluated as the last scholar on Chinese literature at the time. Kim taek-young deserves to be noticed because he referred to Zeng guo-fan's criticism to critique on Gui you-guang - his writing model. In this article, I have tried to find out the goal of Kim taek-young's writing. First I compared Prose theory of Kim taek-young with those of Zeng guo-fan and then examineㅇ his opposed opinion to Zeng guo-fan's. As a result of this comparison, the fact was figured out that the critical point between them was 'relation between writing and confucianism' and 'analysis of Spirit and Taste(神味)'. In brief, quoting from Zeng guo-fan's criticism, Kim taek-young has a
purpose to refute the general opinion that criticized on writings of writers from the aspect of confucianism. He tried to raise a question to an aptitude of the literary world at the time such as a omission some writing element like Spirit and Taste(神味), and a pursuit gogodambak(枯槁淡泊).

滄江 金澤榮은 ‘韓末四大家’로 지칭되며 한문학의 마지막을 장식한 인물로 평가된다. 김택영은 문장에 있어 자신의 사표였던 歸有光을 비평하면서 晩淸文壇의 대문장가인 曾國藩의 평가를 가져와 논의의 전제로 삼고 있어 주목을 요한다. 이 글에서는 귀유광을 비평하고 있는 김택영과 증국번의 문장론 비교를 통해, 이들의 문장을 보는 관점의 차이와 그 근거를 살펴보고자 한다. 아울러 김택영이 어떤 의도로 증국번과 대립점을 세워 논의를 펼쳐갔는지에 대해서도 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 귀유광문장에 대한 김택영과 증국번의 평가를 살펴본 뒤, 이둘 사이의 대립점을 ‘文과 道의 관계 설정’, ‘정신과 맛[神味]에 대한 해석’ 두 가지로 잡아 고구하였다. 이를 요약하자면, 김택영이 증국번의 논지를 활용한 것은 문의 본질적 특성인 문예미보다 그 효용성에 더 가치를 두려는 것에 대한 반박이었고, 또 문장의 궁극
인 단맛나는 문장을 이루는 요소인 정신과 맛[神味] 등을 배제한 채 간결함과 枯槁 淡泊만을 추구하던 당시 문단에 대한 문제제기였다.
