Hydrotherapy is a very effective natural therapy which uses water for the treatment of
disease, the promotion of health, and for Esthetic. This therapy has other benefits including
the enhancement of a person’s psychological mental stability and physiological vitality.
This study discusses the concept, development process and major types of hydrotherapy, as
well as their benefits. The discussion is followed by description of hydrotherapy’s methods,
applications, and effects on the human body. In this process, this study proposes various
ways to apply hydrotherapy to the actual care of skin for Aesthetic purposes.
This research ends with a discussion of the results of actual applications of several
hydrotherapy methods and focuses on their effects in the Aesthetic care of skin.
