This study aims at clarifying semantic and syntactic features of adjective 'chakha- changing from NP's [+human] or [+attribute related to human] which 'chakha- requires as semantic argument to [+thing] or [+attribute of thing to be judged as to be good to others] added to them. If new concept is appeared, it is very often used to the form borrowed from existed one which have similar concept. But when the new concept borrows existed form, the syntactic structures manifested on sentence is independently used. The value using each syntactic structure, in other words, is different. Chakha- have [+thing] or [+attribute of thing to be judged as to be good to others] have special characteristics. The first, it very often, companies with emphasis mark(‘’) in internet corpus.
