In this study, we had measured after the massage for 15minutes/a day for 4weeks and we measured up the change of body composition and the change of the abdominal size. 1. BMI reduced to 21.50kg/㎡ from 21.59㎏/㎡ after the massage. It hasn't relativity in the diversity of the data.(p=0.29, p>0.05) 2. Body fat reduced to 38.07kg from 38.65kg after the massage. It has relativity in the diversity of the data.(p=0.01, p<0.05) 2) Waist measurement (5cm lower of navel) reduced to 82.03cm from 83.36cm after the massage. It has relativity in the diversity of the data.(p=0.04, p<0.05) 3) Waist measurement (5cm upper of navel) reduced to 69.45cm from 70.48cm after the massage. 본 연구는 20대 초반의 A대학에 재학 중인 여학생 10명을 대상으로 복부에 경락마사지를 4주 동안 하루 15분 씩 실시 후 체성분 변화와 복부 사이즈의 변화를 알아보기 위한 실험으로 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 체질량지수(BMI)는 실험 전 21.59㎏/㎡에서 4주 후 21.50㎏/㎡로 감소하였으며 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.(p=0.29, p>0.05) 2. 체지방(Body fat)은 실험 전 38.65％에서 4주경과 후 38.07％로 감소하였고 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.(p=0.94, p>0.05) 3. 복부지방률은 실험 전 0.81％에서 4주경과 후 0.80％로 감소하였고 통계적으로 유의하였다.(p=0.04, p<0.05) 4. 신체측정부위의 변화 1) 배꼽라인의 허리둘레는 실험 전 76.44cm에서 4주 후 75.29cm로 감소하였으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. (p=0.01, p<0.05) 2) 배꼽5cm 아래 허리둘레는 실험 전 83.36cm에서 4주 후 82.03cm로 감소하였으며 통계적으로 유의하였다.(p=0.04, p<0.05) 3) 배꼽5cm 위 허리둘레는 실험 전 70.48cm에서 4주 후 69.45％로 감소하였으며 통계적으로 유의하였다.(p=0.03, p<0.05) 복부경락마사지를 적용했을 때 직접적인 마사지 적용부위인 복부지방률과 허리둘레를 감소시키는데 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
