The purpose of this study lies in the practical analysis and propossion on the things that the multicultural education awareness influences the multicultural education attitude and multicultural education efficacy of teachers.
The result of this study is as follows.
First, the teachers' negative awareness of multicultural education influencing negatively multicultural back bound, teacher's role, teacher education and teacher education the attitude of curriculum, but the awareness on teacher education of multicultural education influencing positively multicultural back bound teacher's role, teacher education, and the teacher's attitude of curriculum.
Second, the teacher's negative awareness of multicultural education do not influence the negative aspect of multicultural education, the method of multicultural education, the directive ability of multicultural education and the negative aspect of multicultural family, the awareness of teacher education in multicultural education influences positively the negative aspect of multicultural family, the directive ability of multicultural education, the method of multicultural education and the aspect of multicultural education.
Third, attitude of multicultural education becomes the identifying that multicultural back ground, teacher's role, a point of view of multicultural education, method, ability of guide lies in the very meaning positive influencing relation. But multicultural back ground becomes the identifying that view in the negative of multicultural family lies in the very meaning positive influencing relation.

본 연구는 다문화교육에 대한 교사들의 인식, 태도, 효능감에 미치는 영향과 요인들을 실증적으로 분석 · 제시하는 데에 연구의 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 다문화교육에 대한 교사들의 부정적인 인식이 다문화적 배경, 교사의 역할, 교사교육, 교육과정에 부정적인 영향력을 미치고 있었으나, 다문화 교사교육에 대한 인식은 다문화적 배경, 교사의 역할, 교육과정에 대한 교사들의 태도에는 긍정적인 영향력을 미쳤다.
둘째, 다문화교육에 대한 교사들의 부정적인 인식이 다문화교육에 대한 교육적 관점, 방법, 지도능력, 다문화 가정에 대한 부정적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 다문화 교사교육에 대한 인식은 다문화교육에 대한 관점, 다문화교육에 대한 방법, 다문화교육에 대한 지도능력, 다문화 가정에 대한 부정적인 관점에는 긍정적인 영향력을 미쳤다.
셋째, 다문화교육에 대한 태도, 배경, 교사역할이 다문화교육에 대한 교육적 관점, 방법, 지도능력에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 교사교육과 교육과정은 다문화교육에 대한 관점, 다문화교육에 대한 방법, 다문화교육에 대한 지도능력에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 다문화적 배경이 다문화 가정에 대한 부정적인 관점에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 교사역할, 교사교육, 교육과정에 대한 태도는 다문화 가정에 대해 부정적인 관점에는 영향을 미치지 않았다.
이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 하여, 본 연구는 첫째, 교사들이 다문화적 배경을 가진 학생들을 가르치는 일은 매우 보람 있고, 흥미로운 일로 인식하고, 적절한 수업방식과 다문화 가정의 문화적 배경을 이해해야 하려고 애쓰고 있다고 판단할 수 있다.
둘째, 교사들은 다문화적 다양성에 대처하여 지도할 수 있는 능력을 배양하고, 학생들로 하여금 다문화적 편견을 스스로 발견하고 편견을 줄여 나갈 수 있는 대책을 강구함이 필요하다고 하겠다.
셋째, 다문화 가정의 자녀들이 많아지면 교사들의 처리해야 할 업무가 늘어날 것이라는 부정적인 인식을 버려야 하고, 더욱이 교사들의 다문화교육을 위한 연수나 프로그램을 강화할 필요가 절실하므로 정부는 이에 대한 정책적 배려를 펼쳐야 할 것이다.
