The convergence of digital functions and people's habituation to Digital equipment are being established as a social trend which is nothing new any more. Such a social trend has created irresponsible users' environment without any consideration of users' situation by making a complex mixed with the lowering of usability and indiscriminate functions appear to the public together with a positive aspect of easy living . Such an issue suggests that the function of digital equipment not only assumes a strong inefficient aspect by focusing on the objective of convergence and applying the applications overlapping with other sorts of equipment but also brings about consequential dissatisfaction of a user with its function. This research process made it possible to induce the menu composition accessible to user-available digital equipment through the value analysis of digital convergence and also mutual eigen value between menus of the mobile phone which stands in the center of a convergence device, which this researcher judges to be very important in terms of a convergence trend of a new digital device and its subsequent menu composition & management. As shown in case of recently-released mobile phones, there come out the products which are offering a positive environment to a user-availability by reflecting this aspect. In terms of the analysis of research results, users tend to select the convergence value of a digital device depending on the performance of equipment of its own, and such a selection of users could be judged to share the use and absolute value of equipment. In addition, eigen value of a menu also showed users' preference for management side of more individualized information than just a function level of menu composition of the existing mobile phone, which means a transition from the concept of a mobile phone as a tool for communications to that of an information device for the individual use. Therefore, it is believed that the concept of a convergence device is firmly being developed into a smart phone or smart.

디지털기능의 컨버젼스와 디지털기기의 생활화는 이제 더 이상 새로울 것이 없는 사회적 트렌드로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 사회현상은 편리한 생활이라는 긍정적 측면과 함께 사용성의 저하와 무분별한 기능의 복합체를 등장시킴으로서 사용성 고려 없는 무책임한 사용자 환경을 만들어 내고 있다. 이러한 문제는 디지털기기의 기능이 컨버젼스라는 목적에 집중되어 다른 기기들과의 중복 기능을 적용함으로 비효율적인 측면이 강하게 나타나고 있음은 물론 이로 인한 사용자의 기능에 대한 불만족을 야기 하고 있다. 본 리서치를 통해 사용자 측면에서 디지털 컨버젼스의 가치를 분석하고 또한 컨버젼스 디바이스의 중심에 있는 휴대전화의 메뉴 간 상호 고유치 분석을 통해 디지털 기기의 사용자화에 접근할 수 있는 메뉴의 구성과 접근을 유도 할 수 있다. 이는 향후 새로운 디지털 디바이스의 컨버젼스 방향과 이에 따른 메뉴의 구성과 관리라는 측면에서 매우 중요하다고 판단 한다. 최근 휴대전화의 경우를 보더라도 이를 반영하여 사용자화에 적극적인 환경을 제공해 주고 있는 제품들이 출시되고 있다. 리서치 결과의 분석을 통해 볼 때 사용자들은 디지털 디바이스의 컨버젼스의 가치를 기기고유의 성능에 따라 선택하고 있으며 이는 기기의 용도와 절대적 가치를 공유하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 메뉴간의 고유치역시 기존 휴대전화의 메뉴구성에서 볼 수 있는 기능 보다 좀 더 개인화, 정보의 관리 측면이 높게 나타남으로서 휴대전화가 커뮤니케이션 도구에서 개인용 정보디바이스로의 개념전이를 하고 있음을 보였다. 따라서 앞으로의 컨버젼스 디바이스의 개념은 스마트폰 또는 스마트 디바이스로의 전개를 확고하게 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
