The purpose of this study is to dye silk fabric with various surface color tone using charcoal powder according to different mordants. The different mordants were FeSO4.7H2O, K2SO4.Al2(SO4)3.24H2O, NaCl. The dyeability was evaluated by ⩟E value, K/S value and durability of dye. Silk fabrics were dyed three times by the post-mordanting method L.R was set to 1:100(owf), 3%(owf), the temperature was set at 60〬C. The duration of both dyeing and mordating was 60 min.. The results are as follows; 1.The dyed silk fabrics showed the C value of 03. to 1.3 and the V value of 3.7 to 5.4, H value of 2.2Y to 3.6Y, ⩟E value of 41.97 to 57.1. 2.When mordants were added, the K/S value of all dyed silks did not improved. 3.The color fastness to light of all dyed silks tests showed 4th degree. 4.The color fastness to fade washing of dyed silks was 1st to 3rd degree. 5.The color fastness to perspiration showed 4th to 5th degree.

본 연구에서는 숯 분말을 견직물에 염색한 후 종류가 다른 매염제를 사용하여 각각의 염색포의 표면색을 비교 분석 및 염착성과 세탁견뢰도를 측정하였다. 용매는 물을 사용하여 염색하였으며 매염제는 K2SO4.Al2(SO4)3.24H2O FeSO4.7H2O, NaCl를 사용하였다. 염액의 욕비 1:100 (owf), 매염제의 욕비 1:100 (owf), 농도 3%(owf), 온도 60도로 염색 60분, 매염제 처리 60분 후 세척, 건조시켰다. 이러한 과정을 3회 반복 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 종류가 다른 매염제를 사용한 숯 염색포는 채 도(C) 0.3-1.3, 명도(V) 3.7-5.4, 색차(⩟E) 41.97-57.1, 색상(H) 2.2Y-3.6Y로 각각 다르게 발색되었다. 2. 매염제가 첨가되었을 때 K/S값이 낮아진 것 으로 보아 염착성이 저하되는 경향이 있었다. 3. 모든 염색포의 일광견뢰도는 4급으로 비교적 우수한 결과를 보였다. 4. 변퇴색 세탁견뢰도는 1-3급 정도를 보였다. 5. 땀견뢰도는 대개 4-5급 정도를 보였다.
