Culture derives from value itself which controls human inner worldof another side of the manner of living. Our times through the economicsystem of Capitalism are planting the values, faiths and desires whichlie in pragmatism and secular popular culture deeply in our subconsciouswithout control device. Really in another facet of phenomena which arisefrom our current pastoral ministry lurk fundamental problems whichstand against biblical values and principles or distort them. This researchanalyzes with what aspects those problems have been shown in our cur-rent pastoral ministry, discussing what is the evangelism paradigm whichwe should recover from several aspects: first, the evangelism paradigmwhich has essential motive or reason. second, the evangelism paradigmin which the original Gospel without distortion of its meaning is deliv-ered. third, the evangelism paradigm which is done on the faithful prac-tice of value and virtue. forth, the evangelism paradigm through serv-ing and sharing for the world. fifth, the evangelism paradigm throughthe true image of church.

문화는 삶의 양식 이면의 내면세계를 좌우하는 가치체제에서 비롯된다. 이 시대는 자본주의 경제시스템을 통해 실용주의 철학과 세속적 대중문화속에 내재하는 가치와 신념과 욕망들을 제어 장치 없이 현대인들의 무의식속에 깊이 심어가고 있다. 실제로 오늘날 우리의 목회 마당에 펼쳐지는 현상 이면에는 성경적 가치와 원리를 막아서고 혹은 왜곡시키는 원천적 기제들이 도사리고 있다. 그렇다면 이러한 기제들이 우리의 목회 현장에서 어떤 편향된 양상을 펼쳐왔는지를 분석해 보고, 우리가 목회 현장에서 회복해야 할 전도 패러다임은 무엇인지 몇 가지 측면에서 논구한다. 첫째, 전도의 본질적인 동기를 담아내는 전도 패러다임. 둘째, 복음의 원형을 전달하는 전도 패러다임. 셋째, 신앙의 가치와 덕의 실천을 통한 전도 패러다임. 넷째, 세상을 향한 섬김과 나눔을 통한 전도 패러다임. 다섯째, 교회의 진정한 이미지를 통한 전도 패러다임 등의 문제를 다룬다.
