In these days, there are too much robbery, terrible murder, kidnapping etc we couldn't imagine before that's why the moral principles are destroyed and we are in difficult situation. So, At this point of time it needs to morals recovery in our society. If so, for the morals recovery what should we do, from where and how ? The issue of recovery alternative is Biblical HYO.
Because biblical HYO has a value of three unity called 'sam tong'. From where is Family community. Family community is basic cell in our society. For how to use leadership, Leadership make motivate members to accomplish vision in the organization. And it is also the process to use influence.
So, on this study focused on how can we recover and I deal with a point of view 'leadership'. It is very important to understand leadership and biblical HYO. It can represent by metaphor to strategy. A object of strategy is settled down family community by biblical HYO. A factor of strategy is biblical HYO and a strategic method figure by metaphor to 'leadership'.
Therefore their relations is that biblical HYO is the factor of strategy by leadership about strategic method after that the objet of strategy will be settled down family community. For the settlement on biblical HYO through leadership in family community, it needs Hyo vision, alignment for Hyo, empowerment and then becoming Hyo model. And I propose their limitations and effects to
settle biblical HYO through leadership in family community.

지금 우리 사회는 강도, 엽기적인 살인, 유괴 등 인간으로서 도저히 상상할 수 없는 만행들이 자행되고 있어 윤리 도덕의 회복이 무엇보다 시급하다고 본다.
그러면 무엇으로 회복할 것인가가 문제인데, 그 대안은 성경적 효이다. 그리고 어디서부터 회복시킬 것인가 하는 것은 가족 공동체부터 라고 할 수 있다. 또 어떻게 할 것인가도 중요한데 이것은 리더십을 적용하는 것이다. 이러한 것들 중에서 본 연구는 어떻게 회복할 것인가로 한정하여 리더십에 의한 방법을 다루었다.
리더십과 성경적 효의 관계에 대한 이해는 중요하다. 여기서 이들의 관계를 전략에 비유하여 설명할 수 있는데, 전략의 목적은 ‘성경적 효를 가족 공동체에 정착시키는 것’이고, 전략의 요소는 ‘성경적 효’이며, 전략의 수단은 ‘리더십’으로 비유한 다. 따라서 성경적 효라는 전략 요소를, 리더십이라는 전략 수단으로 전략 목표인 가족 공동체에 정착시킨다는 의미이다.
가족 공동체에서 성경적 효를 정착시키기 위한 리더십의 행동 요소는 효 비전수립, 효 방향정열, 효행을 위한 임파워먼트, 효행의 모델되기 순으로 정리한 후 이에 대한 성경적 효 정착의 효용과 한계도 아울러 제시하였다.
