This study analyzed to understand concretely the overview of economic preparation according to individual character currently under action based on the viewpoint that it is necessary for married and unmarried women to begin economic preparation for the future. The results showed that married and unmarried women have different assets concerning economic preparation. The unmarried women had more assets than married women. Unmarried women have a great deal of influence on real-estate income and savings-linked insurance. On the other hand, married women have a great deal of influence on the various variables. These results can be used as basic data to grasp the financial problem in establishing female-related leisure policies for the aging society, in planning leisure by way of life cycle and to investigate what part of the preparation is fragile. It will also be useful leisure information for enterprises and financial institutions in preparing the plan of female finance and welfare promotion and female employment expansion.

여성들이 미래 경제 준비계획을 시작해야 할 필요성이 있다는 시각에서 현재 실행하고 있는 경제적 자원 준비는 미혼 ․ 기혼 여성의 개인별 특성에 따라 어떠한지를 구체적으로 파악하기 위해 분석하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과, 여성의 경제적 준비는 미혼 여성과 기혼 여성의 다른 양상의 자산보유를 보여주었다. 즉 미혼 여성이 기혼 여성보다 더 높은 자산보유를 보여 주었다. 미혼 여성은 부동산 소득과 저축성 보험에 영향력이 있는 변인으로 나타난 반면 기혼여성은 다양한 변인들이 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 고령화 사회를 대비하여 여성관련 여가정책을 수립할 때 라이프 사이클 과정별 재정상태를 계획하는데 어떤 문제점을 가지고 있으며 어떤 점에서 여가 준비가 취약한가를 파악할 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 한편 기업 및 금융기관에서도 여성고용 확대 및 여성재정 복지 증진방안을 위하여 고려되어야 할 사항으로 유용한 여가 정보가 될 것이다.
