Agricultural activity is a specialized activity defined as an entity's management of the biological transformation of biological assets for sale, into agricultural produce or into additional biological assets. Agricultural accounting is the process of identifying, measuring, and communicating agricultural information to permit informed judgments and decisions by users of agricultural information. This study is to implement ideas for agricultural accounting and plan for rural experiential tourism. We used four cases in agricultural activity and agricultural accounting programs. Biological assets are living animals or plants, such as dairy cattle and apple trees. Agricultural produce such as milk and apples is the harvested product of biological assets. Rural experience activities will eventually generate a sustainable rural tourism industry. For rural experiential tourism to be a success, planning for rural experiential tourism is the most important activity. Therefore, managers of rural experiential tourism should train in agricultural accounting and finance management.

농촌 활동은 판매를 위한 생물 자산을 생산물 또는 부가적인 생물자산으로 생물적으로 전환하기 위한 실체를 경영하는 것이라고 정의할 수 있다. 따라서 농업회계는 농촌활동에 대한 정보이용자들에게 유용한 정보로 판단하고 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 농업정보를 인식, 측정, 전달해 주는 과정이다. 본 연구는 농촌관광체험을 하기 위한 농업회계와 기획을 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 는 농촌 활동을 4가지 활동으로 나누어서 농업회계 프로그램을 적용하였다. 여기에서 생물자산은 젖소, 사과나무 같은 살아있는 동물이나 식물을 말한다. 생물자산으로부터 수확된 우유와 사과나무 같은 것은 생산물로서 판매과정을 거쳐 수익이 실현된다. 농촌 체험 활동은 지속가능한 농촌 관광 산업에서 필수적인 활동이다. 이 체험 활동이 성공적으로 수행되기 위해서는 농촌 체험 관광 기획이 가장 중요한 활동이며, 농촌체험 관광 기획에서 회계는 절대적으로 필요한 것이다. 회계는 기업의 언어이고 농촌체험을 하는 농촌 마을의 언어이기도 하다. 그러므로 농촌 체험 마을 지도자들에게 농업회계와 재무관리에 대한 교육과 훈련이 되어야 할 것이다.
