It is valuable to learn various legal systems for understand foreign legal system, and enlarges the depth of academic. But more important, We should have drawn the lesson from the diversity, in order to provide direction for a number of legal dispute. Through the study of foreign legal system, study researchers should provide a clue to issues that can not solve within the existing legal system of academic theory. It is very valuable. Administrative Law does more. More depth studies in this area should be established and will improve the problems of existing laws. To do this, first, compensation and related issues in the current situation should determine what the key points. And we should understand the contents of the current legal system for the compensation. Second, from a legal dispute of the current legal system, we should understand that what should be particularly difficult to resolve legal disputes within the law system. Third, to solve the problem, we should be research a variety of compare legal system. For the reality of our system should be introduced. They do not fit the current situation, as the introduction of advanced system research for the value of the things should be. However, the foreign compensation system is inconsistent with our reality, or even reasonable, we can not sustain the compensation system. It is not worth more than the study. Limited research of a specific country is not desirable. This paper is about the UK's compensation system. It can be unfamiliar to us, but UK is already dealing with this issue since 1500. furthermore this paper was specifically analyzed on major legal issues, and develop lesson to come out of it. Based on the study on UK's compensation system, this paper offered improving our current compensation system.
