This study aims at analyzing what factors influence teenagers' maladjustment at school life and looking for social arrangement. As a result of the analysis, the first factor is divorce and death of their parents. The second reason is conflict and violence between their family. Third is their own physical trouble and rela-tionship with friends. However, there is an important factor we can found is differences of economic status within friends. This family background also can highly effect their psychological impact compare to other factors. Through putting the results together, at the point of increasing divorce and decreasing a meaning of im-portance of family, teenagers' maladjustment at school life should be needed advising center which must do organized counseling with teenagers and also a crisis family should prepare a plan how to solve their pain-ful situation. Moreover, the necessity of approaching educational system with school welfare system can be used for diverse and actual help to teenagers' maladjustment. At last, this study have more credibility than before researches because it is based on maladjustment teenagers at school life.

본 연구는 청소년의 학교생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고 사회적 합의를 찾고자 하였다. 분석결과 청소년들의 학교생활부적응에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 가정환경으로 내용적으로는 부모가 사망하거나 이혼하였을 때 가장 크게 영향을 미쳤으며 다음으로 가족 간의 갈등이 있을 때 그리고 가정 폭력이 있을 때 청소년들은 학교생활에도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 학교생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체적 고민과 교우 관계로서 학생들은 개인의 외적 환경과 친구관계에 민감하게 반응하는 양상을 띠고 있다. 가장 중요한 것은 가정환경이 다른 요인에 비하여 월등히 높은 격차를 보임으로서 감수성이 예민한 청소년들에게 가정환경은 심리적 충격을 줄 수 있는 가장 큰 요인으로 살필 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 본 청소년 학교생활부적응은 이혼가정이 폭발적으로 증가하고 가족이라는 개념이 약화되는 시점에서 청소년들에게 시간이 지나면 해결된다는 소극적 대응보다 각 학교마다 의무적으로 교내에 상담센터를 마련하여 체계적인 상담이 필요하며, 위기가정에는 청소년들이 피난처의 역할을 할 수 있는 장치도 함께하는 해결방안이 필요하다. 청소년들의 학교부적응을 교육적 접근과 함께 복지적인 측면에서도 접근하여 청소년들이 보다 다양하고 실제적인 도움을 받을 수 있는 방안제시가 필요하다. 끝으로 본 연구는 학교생활부적응청소년을 대상으로 연구조사 하였다는 점에서 기존연구들의 신뢰성을 높여주는데 큰 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
