The main goal of this research is to estimate the effect of agro-product e-commerce initiated by Korean government. ROI (Return on Investment) methods were applied to estimate the e-effect. E-effects are composed of e-internal effect and e-external effect. Managers of 30 farms were interviewed. The average sales from their online agri-business were 11,202,000 KRW. The maximum was 63,604,000 KRW, and the minimum was 360,000 KRW. The annual input cost for e-commerce was 7,202,000 KRW, on average. In the cost, the average labor cost was 5,328,000 KRW. The marketing cost turned out to be 1,320,000 KRW annually. Net return was 26,462,000 KRW, and ROI in 2007 were calculated as 367%. Finally, 5 year NPV (Net Present Value) were estimated at 111,056,000 KRW.
