In this studies, we analysed the pre-services for primary teacher's satisfaction about club activities. As a this results, we know that their club activities are decreasing rapidly because of students' change about interest domains of clubs, non or little relations with pre-service education and the quality of primary teacher etc. And the association of clubs' supporting system for individual club is weak. It means the association does not serve its role for protecting the right and activity of individual club. And it has task to solve students' indifference about club activities, and individual club has task of students' increase of enrollment rate and maintainment of their membership. To activate students' club activities, it is necessary to simplify club enrollment process, improve clubs' festival, secure club activity space, and try a differentiation of periodical performances. And the university administration and staff must support students' club activities through enforcement of headquarter and students affair's administrative and financial aids, public information of students autonomy activity, and assessment of clubs.

본 연구에서는 교육대학생의 동아리 자치활동에 대한 만족도 실태를 분석하였다. 교육대학의 동아리 활동은 학생들의 동아리에 대한 무관심 증가 및 그 관심 영역의 변화, 교대 동아리의 초등교원 자질 향상과의 상관도 저하, 초등교육 전문성 신장을 위한 동아리 부족 등으로 인하여 동아리 활동이 위축되고 있다. 이런 과정에서 동아리연합회의 활동도 개별 동아리를 지원하는 시스템이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 동아리연합회가 개별 동아리의 권익을 보호하거나 지켜내 주는데 있어서 그 역할을 잘 수행하지 못하고 있다. 그리고 교육대학의 동아리가 활성화되기 위해서는 학생들의 무관심을 극복하여 동아리 회원의 확보와 이 회원의 유지가 매우 시급한 문제로 나타났다. 그리고 동아리 등록절차의 간소화, 동연문화제의 보완 및 개선, 동아리 공간의 확보, 동아리발표회의 차별화 시도가 필요하다. 그리고 이를 위해서는 대학의 지원 정책이 필수적인데, 그 대책으로는 대학의 행․재정적 지원 강화, 학내 기구를 통한 지원 강화, 다양한 학생자치활동의 홍보 강화, 우수 동아리 발굴 및 지원을 위한 동아리 평가 실시 등이 있다
