Nationalist Government didn’t grant the right of permanent residence to Korean in Manchuria. however, Chinese Communist Party considered them as one of the Minority Societies. In the result, Chinese people of Korea could live in northeast of chinese soviet area. Taking part in constructing the nation, they could progress when PRC was founded. But the leaders of Chinese people of Korea were heavily damaged by political campaigns, especially, the Chinese Cultural Reveolution and then it caused disaster to Chinese people of Korea. In spite of this calamity, society of Chinese people of Korea displayed their potential and expected development after China performed China’s Reform & Open-Door Policy.
