Physical and psychological factors of individual persons requiring for exercise rehabilitation are investigated against fifty of middle school students and forty of sportsman through the analysis of genes encoding ACE (Angiotensin converting Enzyme), dopamine receptor, and serotonin transporter. Mutation was identified in serotonin transporter genes derived from abnormal psychological controllers among the former group. Male among the latter group has higher basic exercise capabilities as well as mutational rates of dopamine receptor and serotonin transporter genes than those of female. Based on this study the analyses of serotonin transporter and ACE genes are considered to provide the rate of psychological uneasiness and physical information of individual persons, respectively.
