It is very important to have a strong pastoral leadership to have ahealthy church. Sometimes, pastors think that they have a strong lead-ership and they said, “I don’t need to learn pastoral leadership.”However,it can be their misunderstanding of the leadership. However, leaders arenot born that way, but leaders can be made for their efforts. Therefore,I think that it is essential to build their leadership under the strong andeffective leadership strategies. I think that this article could be very helpful and practical to the pas-tors who are doing ministry in their own pastoral areas and it would bevery useful tools for the leaders due to give 10 principles for them. 1)Dedicate yourself for the effective prayer ministry, 2) Set you vision,core value, and long term strategies, 3) Have a mature character to berespected, 4) Keep ‘self-control leadership’5) Lead your people underthe servant leadership, 6) Do your ministry with passionate leadership,7) Equip with love leadership, 8) Have a outstanding communicationwith your people, 9) Have a balance with strong leadership and softleadership, 10) 10. Do according to Jesus’leadership principles.

교회가 건강하기 위해서는 먼저, 바람직한 리더십을 갖춘 목사가 있어야 한다. 종종 목사는 누구나 다 리더십을 갖고 있다고 오해한다. 그래서‘ 나는 리더십을 배울 필요가 없어’라고 말하는 사람도 간혹 있다. 목사는 당연히 리더십을 갖춘 사람일 것이라고 생각하기 때문이다. 그러나 리더는 태어나는 것이 아니라 후천적으로 만들어 지는 것이다. 그러므로 교회에서 사역하고 있는 목사에게는 효과적인 목회사역을 위해서는 효과적인 미래형 바람직한 리더십의 전략들이 필요하다고 생각한다. 본 논문은 효과적인 목회사역을 위한 바람직한 리더십 전략에 관한 연구를 통하여, 효과적인 목회사역을 위한 바람직한 리더십 10가지의 전략들을 제시함으로서, 효과적인 목회사역에 도움이 되고자한다. 1) 효과적인 기도사역에 집중하라, 2) 비전, 핵심가치, 정기적인 전략들을 세우라, 3) 성숙한 인격으로 교인들에게 존경을 받아라, 4) 평생‘자기관리 리더십’을 유지하라, 5) 섬김의 리더십으로 교인들을 이끌라, 6) 열정적인 리더십으로 사역하라, 7) 사랑의 리더십을 갖추라, 8) 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션의 능력을 갖추라, 9) 부드러운 리더십과 강한 리더십의 조화를 갖춘 리더가 되라, 10) 예수님의 리더십의 원리대로 행하라.
