Development of Animal Anti-Obesity Model from Zebrafish

Zebrafish was tested as a animal model for anti-obesity. Zebrafish is very useful for animal model because it's very easy for getting its eggs which is very fast for germination and maturation within 48 hrs. Zebrafish was showed its novelity for controlling signal molecules
through RT-PCR. This zebrafish model is very convenient for antiangiogenesis and anti-obesity model including zebrafish egg model. Zebrafish, egg, anti-angiogenesis, anti-obesity. in vivo model, primer, β-catenin, VE-cadherin, PI3K, VEGFR2, signal molecule
